The comedian had gone for an event wearing a

his ‘fashion sense’
A particular fan thought it was wise to ‘teach’ Seyi
Law the art of wearing wristwatches, something the
comedian did not find funny.
Here’s what the fan said:
“Wisdom is knowing that a wrist watch is to check
time while knowledge is knowing you don’t have to
wear two cus just one can do it.. bro you dun pass
this level”
Seyi Law did not hesitate to give him a piece of his
mind:
“Since you, @cyrusarigo lack the wisdom to know
that respect is reciprocal and that there is what we
call statement making for entertainers and
branding, you may as well come for tutorial. Idiot.
Because I get you opportunity to comment on my

Man cleared of rape charges asked to notify police before having sex
After spending 14 months in prison and cleared of
rape charges, a 40-year-old man has been asked
to report to the police 24 hours before he has sex.
file photo
The man who claims he had more freedom when he
was in prison, admitted he used to be interested in
Sado-Masochistic sex, popularly referred to as
S&M.
The man had also been accused of biting and
scratching his partner who reported him to the
police, a development which he said occurred
during an ‘after-sex massage’
The single father of one was arrested by North
Yorkshire police and arraigned for hearing at the
York Magistrate’s court, where he denied ever
being convicted of any crime including ‘ parking
tickets’.
The Yorkshire police force applied for a Sexual Risk
Order (SRO) for him when he was declared
discharged and acquitted of rape.
According to the terms of the temporary SRO, he is
required to inform the police of his intentions to have
sex with a new partner, at least 24 hours before the
act. He’s also not allowed to any internet-enabled
device that cannot be later accessed by the police.
The man didn’t find this requirement funny and had
this to say:
”It puts an end to your life, I had more freedom in
prison. The severity of the restrictions exceed what
convicted criminals would get on a Sexual Offence
Prevention Order. There’s no prospect of a
relationship at the moment because of the rules I’ve
been forced to live by. They contravene my human
rights. Can you imagine, 24 hours before sex? Come
on!
I’m in a state of shock, I cannot believe this is how
the justice system works. I thought the police were
interested in finding out the truth, the only thing the
police are interested in is securing convictions. It’s
so unjust, there is not a conviction to my name –
one allegation, acquitted and they can still shut you
down. They can create this virtual prison.”
He is set to face the judge on July 14, pending a full
hearing on August 19.
Would you drink garri if it costs this much?
A 5-star hotel known as Kempinski Hotels in Gold
coast, Accra, Ghana, sold a plate of drinking garri at
a price most Nigerians would consider as ridiculous.
The bowl of garri which has groundnuts, milk frozen
into ice cubes, and sliced coconuts, was given
funkier names and sold at 145 Ghana Cedis, which
is about N13,000
What is so special about this garri?
They called it “ Cassava flakes, smoked nuts, sugar,
ice cube milk, fresh skimmed milk, water, shaved
coconuts ”

Read how politicians are sponsoring terrorist
Some Boko Haram terrorists detained by the
Nigerian army
Some Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) have
accused Nigerian politicians of sponsoring Boko
Haram terrorists operating in the north east.
Speaking in Abuja, the CSOs said the politicians are
sabotaging the President Muhammadu Buhari-led
administration’s effort towards fight terrorism in
Nigeria.
The CSOs said some of these politicians especially
stakeholders from Borno state, send conflicting
signals over their readiness for a “post Boko Haram
phase” in the region.
Speaking at the meeting, the chairman of the group,
Stephen Onwu, said the stakeholders in Borno have
not shown any zeal in seeing the end of terrorism in
the region.
He said there is deliberate effort by these
stakeholders to prevent stall the flushing of
terrorists out of Nigeria.
“There are appointed and political office holders that
are exploiting the situation to further their own
agenda to the detriment of national interest and
collective security of all Nigerians,”
“There is implication for these Boko Haram
sponsors to further ingratiate themselves to the
government of the day and we will have a repeat of
what transpired under the past administration again
where terrorism became a full-fledged business,”
the group added.
The group consisting of 13 CSOs commended the
Nigerian military for their effort in the fight against
terrorism.
The group however said that there are other
emerging security breaches that need a rapid
progression to the next logical phase of military
operation in Borno State.
These breaches the group said include the
resurgence of militancy in the Niger Delta.
The group also called for investigation into the roles
played by politicians and foreigners in the
insurgency since the emergence of the Boko Haram
terrorists group.
It also called on the government to ensure that
resources are effectively committed into the
development of the region.

200 men and women go topless in Brighton, UK for 'Free the Nipple' campaign (photos)
Hundreds of men and women have gone topless to
stage a protest on one of Britain’s most popular
beaches (Brighton) to ‘Free the Nipple’ and make
boobs more acceptable in society. The campaign's
aim is to highlight social media policies over
banning nipples. They want social media to allow
women’s nipples to be visible.
Despite the event, which held on Wednesday,
being a success the group are already planning for
another march in the upcoming campaign on
August 28.
The protesters marched from Brighton Pier to East
Sussex city seafront before stopping on the beach
where everyone sunbathed topless.
The event was organised by comedian Samantha
Pressdee, who came to Brighton with her one-
woman comedy show about nudity and sexuality.
Samantha said:
‘I’ve been a member of the Free The Nipple
campaign over the past year. I joined the
campaign to challenge the way women’s
breasts were perceived. Breasts have
been sexualised and the point of this
campaign is that they don’t have to be
sexual.’
We had a lovely time, loads of pictures
were taken. We ended up relaxing on the
beach, some people decided to go for a

'Warcraft' a visual spectacle

It can be hard to tell orcs apart at first. The fictional
giants of the "Warcraft" video game franchise all
have mean faces, protruding tusks and muscles so
massive, they make The Rock look puny.
So it may take a while for non-gamers to figure out
who's who in the battle of orcs and humans at the
center of the "Warcraft " film, which complicates an
already dense mythology. Once it becomes clear
that there's a civil war within the orc race about
whether to eliminate or align with the humans, the
big-screen adaptation from director and co-writer
Duncan Jones is a little easier to understand.
For anyone unfamiliar with the fantasy game's
characters and story lines, "Warcraft" is little more
than eye candy, a visual spectacle with a backbone
of well-trod genre tropes. There's just no way to
become as invested during a two-hour movie as a
gamer who's spent years, maybe even decades,
immersed in the rituals and traditions of the worlds
of "Warcraft."
Plus, the humanoid orcs rely on so much digital
animation to come alive that at times the whole
movie looks like a video game, which obviously
suits the material here but can still take a little
getting used to visually. (This critic's screening was
in IMAX 3-D.) And it is certainly a spectacle, with
elaborate castles, armies of angry orcs and a villain
who dramatically sucks the life from his victims,
leaving them shriveled and deformed.
Voiceover at the start of the film explains that
humans and orcs have been at war for ages. The
orc planet is dying, so they're out to colonize new
territory, which they access when their ruler,
Gul'dan (Daniel Wu), uses his powers to open a
magic portal. The escaping orc clans storm in and
kill everything. One clan leader, Durotan (Toby
Kebbell), is a rebel. He questions Gul'dan's
destructive approach and suspects he may be
relying on evil forces, which, of course, he is.

Orcs are invading the world of Azeroth when the
leader of the humans, King Llane (Dominic Cooper),
gets word of their imminent arrival. He turns to his
top warrior, commander of Azeroth's military forces
Lothar (a smoldering Travis Fimmel), and top
wizard, Guardian Medivh (Ben Foster), controller of
Azeroth's magical powers.
They capture an orc-human hybrid, Garona (Paula
Patton wearing disturbing prosthetic teeth), who
serves as a bridge between the two species — and
instantly catches Lothar's romantic eye.
Meanwhile, young magician Khadgar (Ben
Schnetzer) endears himself to the operation when
he discovers evidence of an evil force lurking in the
human kingdom.
Containing this powerful energy is ultimately the
theme of film, as it is of so many fantasy, superhero
and sci-fi stories. It's like the Force or the Ring or
the Infinity Gauntlet or the Allspark. Only the force
in "Warcraft," called "the fell," is purely wicked, so
evil it can consume the good — perhaps an allusion
to Biblical notions of "the fall."
The "Warcraft" mythology is extensive and rich, as
it would have to be to sustain five video games and
a series of novels. That's a lot of lore to pack into
one movie, though this film is clearly set up for a
sequel should the audience demand it.
Without the franchise backstory, "Warcraft" is a
big-budget fantasy-action film with lots of large-
scale, epic fight scenes between Mr. Olympia-sized
aliens and regular humans. When an orc throws a
horse at one point, it's almost more painful than
when a character dies, since the moviegoer's
connection with the characters is so superficial.
As escapist summer fare, "Warcraft" works
because the action is ample and the orcs look cool,
with pierced tusks and spiked armor evoking a
"Mad Max" aesthetic, even if it isn't always easy to
tell them apart.
"Warcraft," a Legendary Pictures release, is rated
PG-13 by the Motion Picture Association of America
for "extended sequences of intense fantasy
violence." Running time: 123 minutes. Two stars out
of four.

This Is No Acting! ‘Stop Calling Me Mama G’ – Patience Ozokwor Turns Born Again Christian
Popoular Nollywood actress, Patience Ozokwor,
popularly known as Mama G, is now born again and
now goes about, preaching in various churches and
crusades.
She became famous in the entertainment industry
as a result of how well she plays her roles
especially as either a wicked mother-in-law or
stepmother.
Following her new found faith, Patience Ozokwor
has abandoned her old ways of dressing. No more
make-up, trousers, dreadlocks and even her
popular name Mama G. Against the backdrop of her
renewed zeal for God, many of her fans are afraid
that she may take a bow from the movie industry.
Starttells caught up with the actress at a crusade
organised by St. Marks Anglican Church in Eziobodo
Village of Imo State, where she shared her salvation
experience. According to her, she normally
organised a personal retreat for herself in the first
few days of the new year.
When it was time to have her 2016 retreat, she
heard the voice of the Holy Spirit telling her to fast
for 21 days, she complained that she had so many
projects to handle, endorsements and movies to
shoot within that period, and the Lord extended it to
a 30 days fast due to her complaints.

Patience Ozokwor, aka Mama G, Now Born Again
During this fasting period, The Lord revealed to her
how she will be a voice for him all over the world,
how people’s attention will be channeled from her
image on Nollywood to the Gospel. She said one of
the things God warned her on was her dressing and
appearance.
She said that putting on makeup, wearing jewelry
and putting on trousers as a lady is wrong, and she
also said that she has been preaching to colleagues
in Nollywood, but God told her to put off her dreads,
to stop wearing jewelries and trousers, that she
could have gone to hell, if she died December 31,
2015 despite the preaching she’s been doing, just
because of her appearance.
She asked the Holy Spirit to prove to her, give
strong reasons why that was a sin, and Spirit of God
replied that she should browse about it, that
testimonies of personal revelations God gave to
people are all over the internet, and all of them are
saying virtually the same thing, that she should find
those information to help her life.
When asked if she will quit Nollywood, Patience
Ozokwor explained that the Holy Spirit has not
specifically directed her to quit or to not quit. She
said that she has not shot any movie since that
encounter in January, that she used to get an
average of N1.5 million weekly, but that God has
miraculously been providing her daily bread.

Punishing Ibinabo For Her Wickedness”
She warned that it will be harder for her colleagues
in the movie industry, with permanent tattoos and
eyebrows when they eventually encounter Christ.
She also said that she should stop being referred to
as Mama G, as that name was for when she was in
the world.
A look at Mummy Patience will tell you that really,
something has happened!
