Why Is Marriage Neccessary

     WHY SHOULD I GET MARRIED?
INTRODUCTION:

Married in Love

   Marriage is a beautiful thing and a blessed union made by God that has existed for so long I mean centuries ago. It has been the most precious relationship God created and approved for we humans to go into the intention of God for marriage is to reproduce because if we say the purpose of marriage is to share love, I can say we can also share love without getting married that’s why in the bible God told Adam saying “Go forth and multiply and fill the earth” and definitely the only way to do that is to come in union with Eve except for those whose now fused sperm into the ovary of a woman to produce. God never told Adam go and share love or go and share wealth.
So I will say again the purpose of marriage is to continually fill the earth and please don’t quote me wrong, not after producing children you think of divorcing, No, Marriage is forever till death do you and your partner path (ways) and marriage is for better or worse. It is a union God has made that will last forever as long as the He is yet to come.

   Having done my research, so many people ask me what is the essence of marriage or why should this get married? I gave them concrete reasons why they should get married which I will be discussing briefly in the case of this article. I met a lady sometime ago and we were discussing and the cause of discussing we went into marriage and the funny thing she told me that marriage doesn’t freak her and if her parents don’t pressure her much she wouldn’t get married. All she wants is money that will satisfy her and she is okay with her life. I just smiled and I started enlightening her on the reason for marriage or why one should get married (if you are thinking any other thing, let me give you answer, I wasn’t disturbing her for marriage just discussion that lead to it). Some of the things I told her was:

REASON FOR MARRIAGE OR WHY SHOULD YOU GET MARRIED

(1) Marriage brings about Reproduction:- Reproduction is the process of producing your kind that is giving birth to a baby that looks like your type you can also READ MORE ON REPRODUCTION . Having read the above it was mentioned that God’s purpose for marriage was to reproduce, and you are not allowed to reproduce without a union (coming together of married couples) so how then do you intend to centime your generation when you don’t get married and give birth to children

(2) Marriage increases blessing: Marrying the partner that’s right for you that is your rightful partner it brings about blessing. There is this un-explainable occurrence that whenever you set out to do something as long as your partner is aware and supports it or even of he/she is not aware of it as long as it is helpful to the family you will succeed. If you marry your rightful partner to end up doing things easily and achieving blessings whenever you set out to something. In fact things become easy for you.

(3) Marriage allows sex: In every marriage there’s bound to be sex, you best and confidently enjoy sex when you are married. Have you ever heard this saying that “Sex before marriage is not advisable”

so if you shouldn’t have sex before marriage that means if you don’t want to get married you are not to have sex for life. Am not saying your main aim or motive for marriage should be sex but it is also an answer to your question why should I get married?

(4) Marriage is Pride: When you get married, there is this edge and level you have above your friends. A person who is married have created a little level above his/her unmarried friends, is like moving from level B to level A in that way you create more respect and pride for yourself over others who are unmarried.

(5) Marriage brings about been responsible:- You can compare the life of a bachelor/spinster with the life of married people. A woman/man who is irresponsible before marriage can have a sense of be responsible when married thereby creating a positive feeling of others towards you.

(6) Marriage gives you a voice in your environment or society? When you are married, there are certain benefits or advantages you get over others in the society. You tend to have a voice or can speak boldly to people in the society over people that are yet to get married. You can also share experiences you have that others will be willing to hear because they believe you are matured and experienced enough to talk to them about certain issues due to the fact that you are married so gives you a voice in the environment or society.

(7) Marriage brings about Respect among your equals and un-equals:- When you are married you are allowed to sit among elders and discuss certain issues. Have you been told this “you are not married so you are inexperience and cannot sit and discuss such matter with us” yes, it is a true fact, but you might have the experience they are talking about but because you are not married you will not be allowed to. The people around you will give you your respect as deserved, am not saying if you are not married you don’t deserve respect No. Its amply means you are now matured to be treated with respect among your friends or people around you. In conclusion, you will be given respect when married than been single.

(8) Marriage brings about the feeling of completeness:- When you get married you feel complete, like you were in need of someone who is suppose to have been with you all your life,  “ your wife or husband is your better half” so when he/she is not there you feel incomplete.

(9) Marriage brings about the feeling of uniqueness and fulfillment:- When you get married you feel special among those who are yet to marry and also feel equal among those who are amid. A married man/woman is a fulfilled person. Marriage is something you should do and has been in your mind and your plans long time before maturity so the moment you get married you feel a burden has been rolled away and you feel fulfilled and unique.

(10)    Marriage brings about increase in productivity:-  A married man/woman is bound to excel if only if he/she marries the right person. When two people in love get married, it brings about increase in productivity (Wealth, favour). Anything you do brings increase.

(11)   Married people are helping mates:- The moments you are married, you have found an helping mate in life issues, your helping mate will be there to remove or reduce your burden if possible carry your burden. Your helping mate/partner is also there to help whenever you are not reachable or within reach.

Other things why you should get married are the benefits you get when married and they may include:-

a)     Joy, love, happiness, fulfilness, peace of mind, blessings, expansion, intimacy, trust, loyalty, a voice, productivity, long life with your right partner), brings you close to God, fulfilling scriptures, continuity (generation).

CONCLUSION:- With the above few reasons why you should get married because marriage is not just for sex or any other selfish interest. So, my advice for anyone who is contemplating if to get married or not is that you should get married because of the above reasons except you want to remain single in serving your God like the Catholics who specially dedicate themselves to serve without getting married but if your choice is not that you should be convinced to get married by having a change of mindset. You may say marriage has so many problems

that’s why you prefer been single but I say to you that is not the best, there is no problem that don’t have a solution in life if you understand your partner and know if he/she truly loves you then you are sure to have an enjoyable marriage.
