According to the World Happiness report released yesterday, Norway won the top slot to become the 2017 Happiest country on earth out of the 155 countries ranked by the report.

“Norway has insulated itself from the boom and bust cycle of many other resource-rich economies,” said the report, put together by the Sustainable Development Solutions Network.

Denmark, Iceland and Switzerland held the next three spots.

Place of work of doctor who jumped from Third-mainland bridge

The atmosphere at Mt. Sinai hospital Isolo, where the medical doctor who jumped off Third Mainland bridge used to work, was gloomy today. Hospital staff went about their duty, albeit with a subdued disposition.

The sad mood was not restricted to the staff alone. Even the patients were aware of the sad incident that had occurred and mourned the doctor they had known and trusted to treat them. 

A senior staff at the hospital who spoke revealed that they were naturally affected by the news of what had happened to their colleague but declined to comment further.

"As is expected, we are sad but we can't issue any statement. At the right time, his family and the organisation will reveal what needs to be known," the hospital staff said..

When asked if he had read the news making the rounds about Dr.  Allwell Oji who jumped off the rail at the Third Mainland bridge, he replied; "I choose not to read them."

A pastor who was dismissed attempts to do something terrible

The police in Edo state have arrested Abel Eku, pictured above, a pastor who attempted to bomb the headquarters of the Christ Chosen Church of God in Edo state following his dismissal from the church.

Abel who was paraded before newsmen in Benin city today, said he had served the church for 25 years and was aggrieved that he was dismissed unjustly by the leadership of the church on January 22nd.

 

The suspected ritualist, Taofeek Hassan was escorted by the police to the place he killed a woman who he said came for spiritual cleansing. When they got to the place they discovered more unidentified bodies. This happened on Sunday at Ikoga community in Badagry area of Lagos..

     INTRODUCTION: Nagging is a very crucial matter that happens in most relationship, some individual have it as a character while some come up with it due to certain conditions and circumstances around them, but  I will say if it has been a natural character or arises due to circumstances, nagging is never advisable as long as Relationship is concerned. Nagging can destroy a relationship faster than you can ever imagine, you might feel everything should be done exactly the way you want it but seriously other people’s opinion matters a lot. Now you might have already known what nagging is but one or two definitions will be given to add up to what you have already known. Nagging is constantly harassing someone to do something that they are averse to, we can also say nagging is that painful worry towards a person when you persistently tell him/her to do a thing he/she is not ready or doesn’t want to do. Nagging is continuous repetition of past happenings that upsets the person. By these definitions we now know what nagging is all about.
